About Me
I’m Rachel Burton, also known as suchalovelyred, or Rach, a Deaf, neurodivergent storyteller and speaker known for my grounding presence and fiercely gentle truth-telling. I bring calm to the chaos, clarity to the swirl, and language to the in-between.
As an autistic ADHDer, I weave personal story with collective insight, whether unpacking access in leadership spaces, exploring identity through ASL poetry, or naming what it means to show up online with your whole messy, brilliant self. My work lives at the intersection of healing, culture, and communication—without flattening the complexity of any.
I speak regularly on topics like unmasking and self-trust, accessible design for neurodivergent audiences, and the power of language in shaping resistance. Whether in a keynote, a workshop, or a quiet circle, I invite people to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
I speak to a wide range of audiences—including colleges, universities, and community organizations; disability and neurodivergent communities; creative and media professionals; social media and content teams; mental health and helping professions; DEI and leadership spaces; and anyone in the middle of figuring it all out.
